At Oceanwood, our Youth Campers will embark on a wide variety of opportunities that are both fun and challenging to enhance their ability to communicate, problem solve, be leaders, and create priceless memories & friendships. Safety, personal & spiritual growth, and fun are programming priorities. Oceanwood has licensed medical staff on-site 24 hours daily.

As Youth Campers progress in age, they will make more choices as to how they spend their day and what their focus will be.

(grades 3 & 4) are offered “Structured Variety” to ensure that our youngest campers are exposed to a wide range of activities.

(grades 5 – 7) are offered “Structured Choice”, which provides the opportunity for campers to build their own activity schedule, while camp programming still encourages them to try new things.

(grades 8 – 10), will experience an activity program of “Choice with Structure”, where the schedule is built on camper choice!


Drop off is between 2 and 4 pm on Sunday afternoon.

Pick up is on Saturday at 10 am.

What is your electronics policy?

For our Overnight Campers, they are permitted to bring electronic devices, which will be held in a safe in the office and campers can use them at designated times

What should I expect on arrival day for Overnight Camp?
When you arrive at camp, you will be directed by a staff member to the parking area. You do not need to unload any luggage at this point. You will checkin with our registrar and pay any remaining balance if there is one. The medical check in will be next. Health forms and medications will be reviewed to ensure we have the most up-to-date information. Then a staff member will show you to the camper housing and assist in unloading luggage!
What is your background check policy for staff?
All staff receive a CORI and SORI background check.
